1. Data controller

Fundoventario S.L. (hereinafter, 'Fundoventario'), with registered office at Avenida de la Ilustración, 14, Office 3B, 28100 Alcobendas, Madrid, Spain, and Tax ID B-87654321, is the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

2. Personal data we collect

We collect only the data you voluntarily provide through our forms: name, email address, and message content. We do not collect data from persons under 16 years of age without the consent of their legal guardians.

Additionally, browsing data is collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies, as described in our Cookie Policy.

3. Purpose and legal basis for processing

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes: (a) managing your subscription to our weekly newsletter on ecology and sustainable development; (b) responding to enquiries submitted through the contact form; (c) conducting anonymous statistical analysis of web traffic to improve our content.

The legal basis for processing is the consent you provide when completing our forms (Article 6.1.a of the GDPR) and our legitimate interest in improving the service (Article 6.1.f of the GDPR), in accordance with Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).

4. Data retention

Your personal data will be retained for the time necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected. Newsletter subscriber data is retained while the subscription remains active. Contact data is retained for a maximum of 24 months from the last communication.

Once the retention period has expired, your data will be securely deleted or, where applicable, anonymised for statistical purposes.

5. Data subject rights

In accordance with the GDPR and the LOPDGDD, you have the right to: access your personal data; request its rectification or erasure; object to processing; request restriction of processing; and exercise your right to data portability.

To exercise any of these rights, you may send a request to contacto@fundoventario.com accompanied by a copy of your identity document. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

6. International transfers

Your personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area. Should any international transfer become necessary, appropriate safeguards will be adopted in accordance with Chapter V of the GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

7. Data security

Fundoventario implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, including encryption of communications via TLS protocol, internal access controls, and regular security audits.

8. Changes to this policy

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy to adapt it to legislative or jurisprudential developments. In the event of substantial changes, we will notify you through this website. The date of the last update appears at the beginning of this document.
